Why publish claims rather than only pages
A page is not a fact. When a price is quoted out of an article it usually arrives stripped of the three things that make it meaningful: the dose it applies to, whether it includes mandatory fees, and when it was captured. That is how a semaglutide figure ends up in a tirzepatide comparison, and how a prepaid rate ends up presented as a standing one.
Publishing each claim separately, with its qualifiers attached and its evidence grade travelling alongside, means a citation can point at the claim rather than at the article containing it. Every claim below has a deep-link anchor. Nothing here asks to be trusted: each one carries either a source we read it from or a statement that it was computed from the published dataset.
