What this beat covers
What programmes charge, when it changes, and what the change does to a first-year total. This beat exists because compounded GLP-1 pricing is not sticky: rates move on promotion cycles, on prepaid-term restructuring and on the cost of the active ingredient, and a figure published without a date stops being a fact within weeks.
We log a price movement when we can date it and source it. A rate that appears in a third-party round-up but not on the programme's own page is recorded as third-party and labelled, because the failure mode we most want to avoid is presenting an unconfirmed figure as a confirmed one.
The item worth watching in this beat is not the headline rate but the structure underneath it: whether a cut applies at every dose or only at the starter dose, and whether it requires a prepaid term. Both are ways of lowering an advertised number without lowering a bill.

How to read a dated item
Every story carries the date we recorded it and links to what we read. Nothing here is undated, because an undated claim about a market that reprices this often is not usable. Where an item concerns a price, the figure is repeated with its dose and its fee basis attached rather than left to be inferred from the headline.
If an item is wrong, it gets a correction with a date rather than a silent edit. The full log is at corrections, and it includes errors we found in our own work.
Open these rather than taking our word for it. Every one is a regulator, a trial registry, a label, an accreditor or the manufacturer.
